AVN and AFW can't mention this movie without saying it "reminds you of Jacob's Ladder", a damn good mainstream film. It should remind you, because they lift some scenes from _Ladder_, and use a lot of similar images. However, the movie really resembles "Dark Angel"(1983,Desiree Lane), with the ominous mystery woman and Bergman-stylings. Dog Walker is rated as "5stars/volcanic" by both AVN and Afw. Winner of many awards, and some critics think it was the best feature of 1994. On with it....... St.Croix plays a diamond-thief who wants to get out of the business after he pulls his last heist. The people he works for, Dough and Pollmen, aren't very sympathetic. Dough tells him his life is over, and that he will suffer and have everything taken from him, including his wife. Next, St.Croix gets jumped by a limo-full of thugs, with Leslie as the leader. Leslie tells St.Croix some real ominous babble about the hell to come. These first 2 scenes are very well-shot and good-looking, and you'll think you're watching a mainstream film or some 70's porn. Damn fine acting by St.Croix,Leslie, and Dough. Here comes some sex after this lengthy(by porn standards) set-up and plot development. St.Croix heads home to find Dough/Pollmen aand his wife, kristi Lynn. Dough and Pollmen proceed to beat the hell out of him, and Lynn tells St.Croix that he fucked-up and she's their "property, bought and paid for". 3-way starts with St.Croix unconscious on the floor. Lynn is pretty hot,all positions are pretty much run-through, and then you realize after 10minutes that Leslie is *not* showing Pollmen's member at all, making this kind of a 2 1/2 way. Pollmen keeps his hand over his dick so you can't see it, or lies on his stomach kissing Lynn. Major wood-problem. Lynn gets some anal-action >from Dough, followed by a get-down-on-your knees in front of the guys for a double facial. Not! Dough manges to blast all over her face, but Pollmen doesn't cum at all, and is still limp. Better luck next time,Daniel. Good scene, with some raunch talk and insults hurled at St.Croix. Lots of dreams/images/nightmares by St.Croix of a mystery women(Angel) walking her doberman on a dark street. St.Croix dreams of being on a mountain-top watching Angel take on Byron,Alex Sanders, and Jake Williams. Angel keeps all her clothes on throughout, and basically gives BJ's and HJ's to the guys. Sanders has major wood-problems just like Pollen, and never gets it up. What's the deal? He strokes away for about 15minutes with no luck, but amazes me when he manages a tiny facial on Angel with a completely limp-dick. Byron soaks her, pretty dull scene. Angel's bod is not shown, and the scene is repetitive and frankly, not hot. Some pretty good tease at the office of the "boss", Gilles(acting good, like his 70's days)with Angel. Some more "you're life is over" messages to St.Croix, who's beginning to realize he's already dead or is living in hell. St.Croix does luck into to some sex finally. Isis Nile picks him up in a pool hall, and they head to the back for some bangin'. Angel is on the other side of a 2-way glass partition, and masturbates/dances/teases while Nile works over ST.Croix. Dark, gloomy and pretty hot, Nile cowgirls,reverses,etc.etc. Big-time facial delivered by St.Croix on an appreciative Nile. Much better than the last scene. More dark images, dreams, fear and loathing for St.Croix. It's a good thing that he can really act(and well in this movie), because the movie would have bombed with most other porn-dudes. He sees Angel in his bedroom, but then Gerry Pike shows up to fuck her. Pike's tattoos, ponytail, and heavy-metal dude image get in the way of a decent BJ by Angel. Ends with a facial, OK scene. More weirdness from Leslie and Gilles. St.Croix gets to watch Lana Sands,Silvera, and Maeva(new female) go at a spirited 3-way. Sands is damn good here, and this Maeva(similarity to Leena) looks like she has a future as she takes an extremely vigorous butt-stuff from Silvera. Sands has a foam-dildo strapped on that never gets used by anybody, except as a suck and jack-toy for the women. Plenty of foam-sucking and stroking. Gets real tedious after a while(a women moaning and yelling while stroking a foam-dildo is a bit silly after 15minutes), but Silvera's anal plunge puts a nice finish on the action. Big facial for Nile and Maeva.Plenty of anal-oriented material and rimming in this scene. Last scene before St.Croix's insanity take him over is Angel and himself. After haunting him all movie, St.Croix lovingly goes about Ms.Angel with some tender moments. Here's the couple-appeal that AFW noted. 69,rimmimng,doggie, and then a missionary finisher. Real good scene. I'll not reveal the actual ending, because you'll want to see it for yourself after investing a good 80minutes in the story. This is an ambitious movie from Leslie, and St.Croix certainly deserved the "Best Actor" award. Jack Remy does the excellent photo-work, and you canb tell this is big-budget and shot more than one day . Henri Pachard is the production manager, and it shows. The plot is interesting, different, and sometimes weird for the sake of being weird. The sex is not near as good as AFW/AVN proclaim, I'd say "hot", but nowhere near volcanic. Christina Angel is the focus, and she's pretty attractive(slight boob-job,though). The story and the budget make this one a definite rental. On the Imperator scale, I'd give it a 2.9. If the sex were hotter, this could have been a classic. Brad
169 “I can arrange all that.” Such Apaches as had not gone back on the war-path returned to the States with the troops; but there were five months more of the outrages of Geronimo and his kind. Then in the summer of the year another man, more fortunate and better fitted to deal with it all, perhaps,—with the tangle of lies and deceptions, cross purposes and trickery,—succeeded where Crook had failed and had been relieved of a task that was beyond him. Geronimo was captured, and was hurried off to a Florida prison with his band, as far as they well could be from the reservation they had refused to accept. And with them were sent other Indians, who had been the friends and helpers of the government for years, and who had run great risks to help or to obtain peace. But the memory and gratitude of governments is become a proverb. The southwest settled down to enjoy its safety. The troops rested upon the laurels they had won, the superseded general went on with his work in another field far away to the north. The new general, the saviour of the land, was heaped[Pg 305] with honor and praise, and the path of civilization was laid clear. Parliament met on the 10th of January, 1765. The resentment of the Americans had reached the ears of the Ministry and the king, yet both continued determined to proceed. In the interviews which Franklin and the other agents had with the Ministers, Grenville begged them to point to any other tax that would be more agreeable to the colonists than the stamp-duty; but they without any real legal grounds drew the line between levying custom and imposing an inland tax. Grenville paid no attention to these representations. Fifty-five resolutions, prepared by a committee of ways and means, were laid by him on the table of the House of Commons at an early day of the Session, imposing on America nearly the same stamp-duties as were already in practical operation in England. These resolutions being adopted, were embodied in a bill; and when it was introduced to the House, it was received with an apathy which betrayed on all hands the profoundest ignorance of its importance. Burke, who was a spectator of the debates in both Houses, in a speech some years afterwards, stated that he never heard a more languid debate than that in the Commons. Only two or three persons spoke against the measure and that with great composure. There was but one division in the whole progress of the Bill, and the minority did not reach to more than thirty-nine or forty. In the Lords, he said, there was, to the best of his recollection, neither division nor debate! His cheek paled for an instant as the thought obtruded that the man might resist and he have to really shoot him. "Good, the old man's goin' to take the grub out to 'em himself," thought the Deacon with relief. "He'll be easy to manage. No need o' shootin' him." "Them that we shot?" said Shorty carelessly, feeling around for his tobacco to refill his pipe. "Nothin'. I guess we've done enough for 'em already." John Dodd, twenty-seven years old, master, part of the third generation, arranged his chair carefully so that it faced the door of the Commons Room, letting the light from the great window illumine the back of his head. He clasped his hands in his lap in a single, nervous gesture, never noticing that the light gave him a faint saintlike halo about his feathery hair. His companion took another chair, set it at right angles to Dodd's and gave it long and thoughtful consideration, as if the act of sitting down were something new and untried. "Besides," Norma said desperately, "they're only rumors—" "Oh, I've found a way of gitting shut of them rootses—thought of it while I wur working at the trees. I'm going to blast 'em out." During the next ten years the farm went forward by strides. Reuben bought seven more acres of Boarzell in '59, and fourteen in '60. He also bought a horse-rake, and threshed by machinery. He was now a topic in every public-house from Northiam to Rye. His success and the scant trouble he took to conciliate those about him had made him disliked. Unprosperous farmers[Pg 124] spoke windily of "spoiling his liddle game." Ditch and Ginner even suggested to Vennal that they should club together and buy thirty acres or so of the Moor themselves, just to spite him. However, money was too precious to throw away even on such an object, especially as everyone felt sure that Backfield would sooner or later "bust himself" in his dealings with Boarzell. "Let's go home," she said faintly—"it's getting late." HoME干别人老婆嗯啊小说
